I'm not one to give up so quickly when it comes to working...I have a summer time job that i'm supposed to be part time at...yet, the GM (General Manager) decided that working me full time is her best bet. I asked to be Part Time for a freaking reason. I have plans to go back to the college in the fall and to return as a cook there. I get it, you are desperate for people to work there, but at the same time, respect what people ask and want. I've already had TWO Anxiety attacks with this new job, which tells me that I cannot keep up with the pace they want as well. The General Manager doesn't respect mental health either. I'm just over it at this point. She has me working 5 days a week, and I CANNOT go in at 5pm as my husband leaves for work at 2pm. We have no second vehicle and I would be walking to work while its rush hour traffic and that's just not happening. Its time to find something different at this point....
